Your account

Trouble signing in, a password reset email that didn't arrive, or an email change: write from the address on your account and say what you tried. You can reset your password yourself from Forgot password.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself, right away, in Settings (on the website or in the app) or at sprawlprojects.com/delete-account. If something stands in the way, email sprawlprojects.help@gmail.com. For a copy of your data, email from the address on your account.

Reporting content or a reader

In the app, use Report on the post, review, comment, message, chart, book club or profile, and Block to stop a reader reaching you. You can also email sprawlprojects.help@gmail.com with a link to what you're reporting. Sprawl's admins review every report and remove what breaks the Terms. If someone is in danger, contact your local emergency services first.
