By using Sprawl, you agree to these terms. The Privacy Policy explains what Sprawl collects and who can see it.
1. Using Sprawl
- You must be 13 or older.
- Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- Sprawl is free. Features may change or go away.
2. Your content
You own what you add to Sprawl: your library, reviews, posts, messages, photos and profile. You let Sprawl store it and show it to the people your settings allow, so the site can work. Only post what you have the right to post. Sprawl may remove content, or close an account, that breaks these terms.
3. Be decent
Don't use Sprawl to:
- harass, threaten or impersonate anyone, or get around someone's block;
- post anything illegal, hateful or sexually explicit, or other people's private information;
- send spam or malware, break into accounts, get around limits, or scrape the site.
4. Books, AI scans and loans
Book details and covers come from outside catalogs and other readers, and can be wrong. AI photo scans make mistakes, so check what they find before adding it. Loans are between you and the other reader: Sprawl isn't responsible for books that are late, lost or damaged.
5. No guarantees
Sprawl is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free or secure. To the extent the law allows, Sprawl isn't liable for indirect losses, such as lost data, that come from using it. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose.
6. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New York, United States. Before going to court over a dispute, please email sprawlprojects.help@gmail.com so it can be sorted out.
7. Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. If you keep using Sprawl after that, the new terms apply.
